Our goal is to help EAs and aspiring EAs rediscover the value in the role in order to improve performance, sharpen soft skills, elevate the mindset, and prepare them for elevated opportunities and elevated salaries within their current organizations or new ones.

I am Auketria, founder and CEO of ElevateEA and I possess nearly 20 years of experience in the field. I began my career in the field as a Data Clerk III and from there I have held roles such as Administrative Assistant, Business Operations Team Leader where I led a team of more than 20 administrative support professionals, and later went on to support at the c-suite level as a Sr. Executive Assistant. Today, I operate as an IT Manager overseeing audits which also includes a heavy administrative support and project management component. This means I understand what is required to scale in this career field and as your trusted colleague, I share the innerworkings of this knowledge with you to help you scale also.

  • How do I know if ElevateEA's service is for me?

    If you work in any administrative support capacity such as a Clerk, Office Manager, Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or other role where you support other staff members, our services are for you.

  • How is the coaching and consulting service provided?

    Coaching and consulting will be provided through virtual sessions using Zoom. One-on-one colleagues can expect to have weekly sessions over a 2-month period for the flat rate of the service. *Additional sessions may be added on a case-by-case basis if the colleague desires.

  • Am I guaranteed a promotion, new role, or salary increase following the coaching sessions?

    It would be irresponsible to guarantee or promise a specific outcome. Other factors beyond my and your control must be considered when applying for new roles or when seeking improvement in your current role. I do however coach you from my experiences that have worked in my career progression and in the careers of others I have coached.
